2 cups purified water
2 cups cauliflower
1 clove garlic
1 tablespoon nutritional yeast
1 cup raw cashews
1 /2 cup shredded coconut
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
salt and pepper to taste (optional)
Put all the ingredients into the Vitamix container secure the lid.
Blend for 4-6 minutes or until desired temperature is reached.
1 tablespoon coconut oil
1 cup sweet onion, diced
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon ginger, minced
1 teaspoon curry powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
pinch fresh ground pepper
3 cups carrots, roughly chopped
3 cups water
1 cup fresh orange juice
In a large sauce pot, heat coconut oil over medium heat.
Add onions and cook until clear.
Add garlic, and ginger, and cook a for a few minutes more.
Add carrots, turmeric, salt.
Add water and orange juice and bring to a boil.
Once boiling, allow to simmer until carrots are soft.
Allow to cool and blend until smooth
