2 cups pumpkin boiled and crushed
2 cups whole wheat flour or oat flour
2-3 cups water
1 cup coconut milk
¼ cup honey
1 cup raisins
¼ cup molasses , optional
¼ cup wheat germ
1 tbsp vanilla
2 tbsp non-aluminum baking powder
1 tsp nutmeg
½ tsp cinnamon
¼ tsp salt
1 tbsp flax seed ground
Mix all wet ingredients in a mixing bowl and set aside.
Mix all the dry ingredients and add to the wet ingredients in the bowl and mix well together. If it is too dry add some more water .
Pour into a greased baking pan and bake at 350 degrees for 40 – 45 minutes
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
2 ½ cups pumpkin cooked crushed
2 tbsp chia seeds
2 tbsp soy protein powder, optional
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/8 tsp ground ginger
pinch of nutmeg
1-2 tbsp maple syrup, to taste
In a medium-sized bowl, whisk together all ingredients until fully combined .
Place bowl in the fridge for 1-2 hours to thicken.
Place in small bowls and serve with raisins, walnuts if desired.
1 large carrot sliced, blanched
¼ cup cashew mayonnaise
Place cashew mayonaise in a bowl.
Use the cashew to dip and treat as finger foods or place carrot sticks on a place.
Pour the mayonnaise over the sticks.
